Welcome to Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery
Your and our teammate’s safety is our top priority. Our clinics deliver safe and high-quality dermatology care and want to assure our patients that we go “above and beyond” to abide by State and CDC recommended precautions to prevent infection. If you feel ill or prefer to have a Teledermatology/Telehealth visit, please call our office or fill out a contact form below. Your health, safety, and skin are our top priorities. When you arrive at our office, please ensure you have your mask and are alone unless you need another person’s assistance to complete your appointment.
We provide general dermatology services, diagnosing and treating all conditions related to the skin, hair, and nails. We also perform dermatologic surgery in our office, removing both benign and cancerous lesions. We treat all ages, from newborns to people older than 100 years of age. To learn more about the services we provide, please select the Patient Information tab at the top of the page.

New to the Practice?
In order to serve you better please call your insurance company or check your up-to-date provider manual or insurance website to verify we are a participating provider with your plan. If your insurance requires a referral please call your Primary Care Physician at least 3 business days before your appointment and have a referral faxed to our office. Our fax number is 314-251-5781. If you are an existing patient and any of your information has changed (e.g. name, address, insurance, HIPAA share authorization, no longer a minor), please download and complete the appropriate form(s) located under "New Patient Forms." If nothing has changed, please bring your current insurance card with you to each visit, along with your copay (we are considered a specialist for insurance copays).
